Description
On granting Dr Balguy 'a Dispensation from performing the Strict Residence required by the Statutes of the Chapter of Winchester'; and the right of the Deputy Clerk of the Closet to dine at the Chaplain's table with reference to a dispute with Lord Talbot. Postscript encloses an Address given by Pope Pius VI at Vienna, 1782, on the occasion of the appointment of two Cardinals.
