Description
Congratulating William on his approaching birthday and on having recovered from a recent illness. The Duke of Kent is now in Sussex with his sisters Elizabeth and Sophia, and his brother Octavius; the Duke is learning to swim. He gives an account of the Captain guarding the coast and the vessels which stopped by there. Mr Bruyeres sends his best birthday wishes and, together with the Duke, sends his compliments to Mr Majendie [Henry].
