Pitt reports that he saw the Comissioners concerning the Prince of Wales, following the King's orders, and passed on which articles of the estimate could be reduced. The Prince of Wales replied that he had already provided the lowest estimate on which he could resume his Establishment. Pitt also attaches a statement from the Treasury concerning the Duke of York
