Description
Reply to a letter concerning the 'freedom of the German Empire', in which George III discusses the lack of action taken with reference to a plan that had been made by the association of three 'Electeurs Seuliers', and gives the news that the Empress of Russia is gathering troops. George III also writes concerning the Electors' choice to form a corps each, and hopes that a defensive army will be formed
