Hotham expresses his surprise at having inconvenienced Prince William [GEO/MAIN/16628]. Hotham explains why he had not passed on the necessaries of the Prince's outfits, which he has received from Captain Elphinstone, mainly citing that the version he was given did not cite expenses and therefore he did not think it was the final version
