Wangenheim informs George III of Prince Edward's plans to travel to England to ask the King to pay his debts, and Mr de Salgas' advice to him to address and dissuade the Prince directly. Wangenheim did so and Prince Edward refused to listen. Wangenheim asks George III to admonish Prince Edward as a final resort
