Description
Moira discusses the Duke's voting intentions and states that the Duke feels negatively towards the Administration due to several perceived slights, including the rejection of his appeal for £4000 from the Navy. He refers to the Duke's willingness to serve [in the French Revolutionary Wars] if the right appointment is made, rather than 'any mission obviously contrived for the sole purpose of keeping him out of the way'.
