Description
Tyrwhitt writes that he and Sir John Morshead arrived in Lostwithiel and attended a large meeting where they declared the Prince's 'rights over the tinners'. He suggests that the opposition to the proposed levy was a 'phantom', and states that they have decided to consult the owners of mines in the town and neighbourhood.
