Description
Tyrwhitt describes Mr [Francis] Gregor's puzzling behaviour, and the zeal of the miners for the Prince. He reports that having met Mr Simpson who is surveying the Oakhampton property, the Prince will be able to raise £4000 'by filling up the lives now vacant upon it'.
