Description
Queen Victoria will ask General Ponsonby to write to the Prince of Wales about 'how much extraordinary misapprehension & annoyance I have had to put up with about this [India] Titles' Bill'. She also remarks on the effect on public opinion of the detailed description of the 'unavoidable' sport in India, noting 'a very strong feeling amongst all Classes... that you should not be induced to witness a Bull fight in Spain or Portugal'. The Queen also refers to her forthcoming trip to Darmstadt and Coburg.
