Description
Regret at Queen Victoria's refusal to appoint Maurice Holzmann as Royal Librarian at Windsor Castle. The Prince comments on the sudden death of Charles Hull. He expresses pleasure at Queen Victoria's intention of opening Blackfriars Bridge, London, and hopes it will be 'in as much State as possible'. He enquires as to his own presence.
