Description
The Prince remarks on the 'performances of fidgetting' of Lady Charlemont in the Chapel Royal. The Prince comments on the good effect of Queen Victoria's presence at the Opening of Parliament, and expresses pleasure at the Queen's decision to receive Sir Henry Keppel. He also remarks on the deaths of Lady Jersey and Gen. C. Ridley.
