Description
The Prince comments on the Queen's imminent wedding anniversary. He will correct the Queen of Denmark's mistaken idea of the religious views of Albert, Prince Consort. He asks the Queen if Mrs Ridley [widow of Maj-General Charles Ridley] could be given apartments at Hampton Court. The Prince expresses pleasure on the engagement of Philip, Count of Flanders to Princess Marie of Hohenzollern. Prince Peter of Oldenburg is currently on a brief visit to London.
