DescriptionThe Prince thanks the Queen for sending him the first volume of the life of the Prince Consort. The Princess of Wales is delighted with the portrait by Sir William Ross of the Crown Princess of Prussia, the Grand Duchess of Hesse and the Prince, which the Prince recalls belonging to the Duchess of Kent at Frogmore. The Prince comments on the Reform demonstration.
