Title	Letter from John Charles Robinson, the Keeper of Art Collections at the South Kensington Museum, to Charles Ruland concerning Raphael drawings at the British Museum, drawings sold at the Woodburn sale, and other possible sources of drawings.

Description	Robinson writes that he will get Fenton's photographs of the British Museum's Raphael drawings printed for the Prince Consort. He explains that the delay over photographing the drawings bought by the BM at the Woodburn sale is because of uncertainty over his museum's system of sale of photographs. He comments that the drawings bought by Sir Thomas Phillips and Mr Morant at the sale are not worth photographing for HRH; but the Duc d'Aumale's drawings from the sale could be photographed at the same time as the de Reiset collection. He asks whether HRH has had Dr. Wellesley's drawings photographed, and says he has heard that there is a Raphael in the Guise collection in Oxford (at Christ Church College). He draws attention to an unattributed drawing of a female head in the Uffizi that he is sure is by Raphael, and suspects that there are other Raphael drawings there that Bardi did not photograph.
