DescriptionCundall writes that Howlett has asked him to report that it has been impossible to photograph the Raphael in Kensington Palace, although he has tried 4 days' exposure with a dry plate in bright sun. The painting is too yellow; even the best results, with wet collodion, are not good enough to show. Cundall asks for Becker's instructions regarding Warwick Castle.
