DescriptionBuchanan expresses regret at not yet having been able to carry out the Prince's commission (obtaining a photographs of pictures by Raphael in the Madrid Museum), which he has entrusted to Mr Lumley at the British Legation, who is himself a good artist and knows the museum authorities. Lumley has had to go to Bilbao, and Buchanan will await his return before taking further action.
