DescriptionThe Count writes that he has just received news from Madrid concerning the Duke of Alba's Raphael picture, and he encloses an extract from his friend's letter (see VIC/ADDA10/85/314) reporting that he has carried out the Count's request (to have the picture photographed for the Prince Consort).
On the reverse of the letter Becker has made a note of his reply, stating that the photographs have arrived and requesting the name of the Count's friend, so that the Prince's thanks can be sent to him.
