DescriptionRuland writes to Mr J. van der Vlugt, a director of the Teyler Museum at Haarlem, announcing that by command of the Prince Consort he has sent him two series of photographs of the Raphael drawings in the Museum taken by Mr Tinker, for the directors of the Museum, in token of HRH's gratitude for their permission to have the drawings photographed.
