Description
Melbourne, in view of differences, proposes a reconstitution of Cabinet. Administration in danger of dissolution. Melbourne has seen Howick, and is of the opinion that the only way to keep the Government together is reconstitution; Glenelg to leave the Colonial Office. Normanby should be sent for from Ireland and go to the Colonial Office.
