The Duke of Wellington is over eager on the subject, and must not be too severely judged. Melbourne to move the Irish Municipal Bill. He thinks Committee will take a whole night. Lord Melbourne regrets having failed to acquaint Queen Victoria with determination of Cabinet as to her inquiry.
