DescriptionMelbourne told Lord Minto Queen Victoria would consider whether she would come to Privy Council on the 21st. It is necessary that Her Majesty should see certain Ministers and others to receive Seals, or appoint to certain offices. Her Majesty should receive Sir George Grey, in order to take the Duchy of Lancaster Seals from him.
