DescriptionLord Duncannon's Motion for returns as to Canada clergy Reserves. While the Bishop of Exeter was speaking, Melbourne directed Duncannon to send for Uxbridge. Melbourne says there ought to be a Levee before the Drawing Room. Queen Victoria should direct Uxbridge to announce it.
