Description
Ecclesiastical Duties and Revenues Bill: Bishop of Exeter's long speech compelled the Bishop of London to make another, which detained the House (Lords) so long that the Archbishop was quite exhausted. Lords compelled to go into Committee, formally putting in amendments and fixing further consideration for Monday.
