Cabinet discussion of Commissioners' proposals as to the erection of new law court buildings. Site, cost, etc. Probable necessity shortly of Cabinet's advising Queen Victoria as to acknowledging the title of King of Italy, if assumed by Victor Emmanuel. General opinion in favour of such acknowledgment.
