Sir Roderick Murchison's desire for Knight Commander (K.C.B.) submitted. Lord Palmerston's grounds for recommending it. Reverend John Robert Hall submitted for the Living of St Peter's, Thanet. A letter to Lord Palmerston from E.A.S., 12th Duke of Somerset forwarded to Queen Victoria (not included).
