CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY Fellows of Colleges : Bouverie moved for leave to bring in a Bill to allow persons to become Fellows of Colleges at Cambridge University without subscribing to the Liturgy of the Church of England. Leave granted. Lord Palmerston on the debate on Sir De Lacy Evans' motion relating to the Army's purchase system. Reason for the postponement in carrying out the recommendations of the committee on the subject. Dunne moved for a Committee to inquire into the state of Holyhead Harbour. Milner Gibson explained improvements to be made.
