Description
Melbourne is glad Queen Victoria is satisfied with respect to Portugal and matters relating to the Coast of Africa. Melbourne says that the Irish measures of this Session of Parliament are not unexceptionable, but the best the circumstances will admit of. Melbourne urges the grant of apartments to the widow of Major Griffiths, whose services and circumstances are recounted.
