Commons First Address to the Throne. Russell will present it to Queen Victoria. He advises Her Majesty to answer both Houses. Russell presented Her Majesty's message to the House of Commons. Russell moved an address of condolence and congratulation, seconded by Sir Robert Peel. Agreed to unanimously. Commons animated by loyalty to Throne.
