Description
Esterhazy and Rescid Pasha to be at the Palace for an Audience. The period for the ratification of Belgian Treaties expires. Ratifications accidentally delayed. Hence Conference signed a short Protocol prolonging the period. Powers anxious for settlement, and regret delay. Borgo asks for an Audience for the Grand Duke of Saxe-Weimar.
