Description
Peel asks for Queen Victoria's name at head of relief fund for families of those who perished at Kabul (Afghanistan). Fund to be called "Royal Bounty". Peel advises Queen Victoria not to accept the Patronage of the Religious Society named, and suggests that the King of Prussia should not interfere with English religious societies.
