Description
Mission to Court of the Netherlands. Queen Victoria to Peel. She complains of the unfairness of Sir Edward Disbrowe to King of the Belgians, and her wish for his removal elsewhere is expressed, to frustrate intrigues of the King. Suggests that Sir J. Cartwright take Disbrowe's place, and the latter to go to Stockholm.
