Description
Queen Victoria says His Royal Highness the Prince promises to do what he can for her convenience. Her Majesty's chief object in having these Levees is to save her the fatigue of the Presentations. The Prince really holds the Levees, and represents Her Majesty. Could not everybody be made to understand this?
