Description
Third Reading of the Irish Colleges Bill due tonight. Scotch Poor Law will follow. Peel comments on the habit of debating everything, and says the rapid increase of business in every Department makes it difficult for Ministers. Universities (Scotland) Bill continued. Peel says the majority was small because of the early hour (unexpected) at which the division took place.
