Description | Lieutenant Colonel Lord Arthur Lennox, finding his seat at Chichester secure, accepts the post of Clerk of the Ordnance. Hawes Motion for the dismissal of Wray, Receiver General of the Metropolitan Police, on account of the part he took in 1836 in the transaction between Boham and the Railway Company. The House thought the Censure had been sufficient punishment, and negatived the Motion. |
