DescriptionRussell says a private subscription is on foot for relief of distressed districts in Ireland. He has placed Queen Victoria's name at the head of the list for £500, to be paid out of Royal Bounty. Third Reading of the Parliamentary Oaths Bill (272 to 206). So large a minority may cause rejection of the part which admits Jews, when it gets to the Lords.
