Description
Russell says, if things go well the Privy Council for the Speech should be held at Osborne on the 30th. Civil Service Estimates: Committee of Supply ended. Ordnance Estimates finished today. Russell has been so incessantly in the House that he hopes Queen Victoria will approve of his staying with his family at Richmond after Prorogation for three weeks, and stay at Balmoral from 20 August to 6 or 7 September. Speech from the Throne [for closing the Session]. Russell says the Council could meet at Osborne on the 30th.
