DescriptionLocke King's motion to bring in a bill to enlarge constituencies of Counties, rejected. Locke's motlon regarding Sunday labour at the Post Office, agreed to. An Address to the Crown thus carried, praying inquiry, and leaving the whole question to be decided by the Advisers of the Crown. Russell says it is a relief, but the contest in the country will still be a violent one.
