Description
Russell says the alarm of Landed Interest at the progress of Free Trade is on the increase. Russell has received application for a renewal of £50 a year pension to Mr Sturgeon's widow, and urges Queen Victoria to comply. Russell will bear in mind Queen Victoria's wishes respecting Howard of Berlin. Russell conveys grateful acknowledgment for the Queen's Bounty from Mr Poole.
