Description
Russell says there is a vacancy in the Order of St Patrick through the death of Lord Meath. Will write again to Queen Victoria. Russell says Lord Langdale's proposal to retire as Master of the Rolls is fully justified because of his ill-health. Lord Meath's death creates a vacancy in the Lieutenancy of Dublin County. Russell names Lord Howth.
