Description
The House of Commons, in reporting the attitude towards public houses, says the House has been too light and reckless in its mode of dealing with public questions. Russell proposed a scheme, and asked leave to bring in a bill for administration of justice in the Court of Chancery. Criticised, but agreed to. Page Wood accepts office of Solicitor General.
