Sir Henry Barron, a malcontent Irishman, moved for a Committee of whole House on the State of Ireland. Members of Carlton Club summoned to support it. Defeated by 9. Lord Ashley asked leave for a bill on Model Lodging Houses for the Working Classes. Agreed.
