Description
Queen Victoria returns the Archbishop of Canterbury's letter concerning "Thanksgiving Day" and agrees with Russell [that if there is to be one, it should be at the end of the Great Exhibition]. Her Majesty thinks the letter in the "Times" by "Pimlicola" very impertinent.
