Description
Lord Malmesbury has had an interview with the Prince of Capua who sends a proposition for submission to Prince Carini. It relates principally to claims for property, into which Lord Malmesbury declined to enter, but promised to send the proposition to the King or His Royal Highness's family. Malmesbury suggested to His Royal Highness that he should end the scandal by accepting any reasonable offers on the part of the King. The Prince threatens to take the benefit of the Insolvent Act.
