DescriptionDerby submits gratifying news from the Cape of Good Hope. Every reason to hope that the harassing warfare will be ended even before Major General Cathcart arrives. Grave question as to how such hostilities are to be guarded against for the future. Second edition of the "Times" contains even later news.
