Description | Lord Aberdeen lays before Queen Victoria an Act for relieving Thomas Alexander Fraser Lovat (after 14th Baron Lovat, sometimes called 12th Lord Lovat), from the effect of the Attainder of Simon Fraser, Lord Lovat, in 1746. The present Lord, an English peer, is anxious for the restoration of the Scotch barony. The Lord Chancellor sees no objection. |
