Mr William Monsell, Rear Admiral Maurice F.F. Berkeley, Mr Robert Lowe and the Honourable William Francis Cowper to be sworn in to the Privy Council. Mr William Monsell having formerly taken the wrong oath. Mr James Shaw Willes to receive a Knighthood, 'in accordance with common usage' on becoming a Judge in the Court of Pleas. Lord Palmerston on the limit for the Prorogation of Parliament. Date suggested for further Prorogation.
