Baines for the Duchy of Lancaster (with a seat in Cabinet). List of Cabinet according to this arrangement enclosed. Sir Benjamin Hall mentioned as a possible future addition to the Cabinet. Reverend Charles James Phipps Eyre recommended for the Living of All Souls, Marylebone, in place of Mr Thomson, who is leaving for an appointment at Oxford.
