Lord Palmerston on Thomas Milner Gibson's question, put 'with singular bad taste and most remarkable impropriety', during the debate on provision for the family of Lord Raglan (Fitzroy James Henry, 1st Baron Raglan). Lord Palmerston on Benjamin Disraeli's well conceived and well expressed speech on a pension for the widow and son of Lord Raglan. A list of officers belonging to the Baltic Fleet in previous year to be submitted for the Order of the Bath. Vice Admiral Sir Charles Napier R.N. to be included. Their achievement.
