Description
George, Duke of Cambridge to be sworn in as Privy Councillor. The Eton College Headmaster's decision regarding an extra week's holiday. Lord Palmerston on the general rule concerning matters to be mentioned in the Speech from the Throne at prorogation , with reference to the impossibility of referring to Queen Victoria suggestion regarding the return of troops (Crimean War).
